Manon Boutin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Sciences with a specialty in logistics and manufacturing management. She also has educational and technical backgrounds in science, bio-chemistry, and food preparation. She worked as a laboratory technician in the biomedical and food manufacturing fields before becoming a quality control coordinator in the food industry. Her experience has included work as a food safety auditor helping companies obtain their CFIA, FDA and AIB (American Institute of Baking) certifications.

She has also drawn up operational and industrial safety manuals, given training courses to employees in both official languages on subjects such as hygiene and cleanliness regulations, and conducted factory inspections. Her duties have also included supervising product labelling and following-up on complaints.

Mrs. Boutin joined Multi Optics Nursing Inc. in 2008 as a human resources advisor. She also edits technical and procedural documents for our health system personnel such as policy and healthcare procedure manuals. She is also responsible for business development in the Quebec City region, pairing client demand with available resources. Her enthusiasm and dedication make her an essential part of the Multi Options Nursing Inc. team.
