Human Resources Advisor

Julie Laforce has an educational background in tourism and industrial design as well as professional training as a flight attendant. That experience allowed her to travel around the world, developing additional linguistic skills and gaining valuable experience working and interacting with multicultural crews. Her drive and sense of adventure have also led to experience in various areas of the tourism and hotel industries.

Among previous professional duties, Mrs. Laforce was a supervisor and personnel manager for a large hotel chain in the Quebec City area. In 2008 she joined Multi Options Nursing Inc. as a human resources advisor responsible for business development in the Outaouais, Lac St. Jean and Greater Ottawa regions. She is currently responsible for recruitment and placement of health system professionals in those same regions. She is in charge of providing replacement personnel and ensuring that positions are adequately filled.
