Ginette Robitaille studied nursing at Florida's Daytona Beach Community College. After graduating in 1972, she spent 10 years working in various specialized care units in the Daytona Beach and Orlando area including trauma, cardiac surgery, and thoracic medicine.

After returning to Quebec in 1984, Mrs. Robitaille used her experience to start a recruitment and placement service for healthcare professionals. Since then, she has forged strong business ties with a number of healthcare establishments in large urban centres in both Quebec and Ontario.

Over the last 20 years, Mrs. Robitaille has been in charge of health system personnel management and has managed many projects for various Federal and Provincial government Departments and Ministries. She has also set up healthcare systems for a number of religious communities in Quebec. Her strength lies not only in her many years of experience, but also in her constant commitment to developing new projects and successfully completing all projects and assignments entrusted to her.
