| Main Duties and work requirements: The physiotherapist is responsible for the evaluation of the patient’s conditions. He or she will be responsible of the planning and implementation of the patient’s treatment plans. The physiotherapist will be in charge of evaluation and testing methods that will provide necessary information on: joint mobility, strength and endurance of muscles, functional ability, the state of muscle tone and reflexes, posture, gait and stability, the need and use of orthotics or prostheses, cardiopulmonary and neurological functions, integrity of sensation and perception as well as the performance of daily routines. These data will allow the physiotherapist to analyze the nature of the problems, the patient’s objectives and therefore, will be able to establish a personalised rehabilitation treatment plan. The physiotherapist makes the necessary recommendations regarding the treatment and must often teach both exercises as well as the proper ways of working to the patients, his family or the person in charge of helping. **Therefore communication becomes an essential element in the work place. • Must have a completed University degree in Physiotherapy • Must be a member of the College of Physiotherapists of Quebec • Must understand and speak French and English Transportation and lodging are provided and paid by MON Inc.
