Director’s Experience

Since 1984, Ginette Robitaille has been immersed in the health care recruitment industry. She began her career as a Director of Human Resources following previous work in hospitals. Ginette was also a business associate for a firm that distributed consulting and clinical management services to the healthcare system. Aa graduate of Daytona Beach Community College, with 10 years experience working in hospitals in the state of Florida, she covered specialized departments such as Emergency Medicine, Cardiac Intensive Care Surgery, and Traumatology.

Upon returning to Québec in 1984, Ginette put her nursing knowledge to use by creating a health care professional recruitment service for a private agency. She developed a business relationship with several institutions and community health service establishments in the region of Québec, Montréal and Ontario.

For the past 20 years, she has been in charge of health personnel management and has carried out several mandates in project management for both Federal and Provincial ministries. While maintaining one of the largest databases of registered nurses in Quebec, she has worked on the reconstruction and establishment of two healthcare services and put them on the map amongst the medical personnel industry. Her strengths reside not only in her accumulated years of experience but also in her determination to successfully complete any mandate entrusted to her.
